TV stays 1.5" away from the wall. 31.5" wide wall plate supports block wall installation or installation on either 8", 12" or 16" wall studs. The 1/8" thick steel wall plate also has 3 wide pass-through holes so that cables and cords can be fished into the wall interior for a clean installation look. This universal wall mount attaches to any flat screen with a mounting hole pattern up to 31" wide by 19" tall. Safety screws provided to prevent the TV from sliding out from the side. Installation instructions included (English). Mounting hardware included to fit most TV models.Mount has built-in lateral shift allowing to adjust the location of the brackets to suit the holes behind the TV. I ordered this unit from Amazon for a Panasonic 54" TV and lots of other electronic goodies: 2 recievers, DVD,BDP,centre channel speaker, Wii, etc. I put it together myself - It says you need two people but one reasonably strong guy can manage it.
The assembly instructions were OK (I'm a mechanical engineer) but when I got to the shelves I discovered that one of them was in a million pieces. Next morning I called the Bell'O 800 number and they shipped a replacement.
The unit is big enough and strong enough for what I needed and it looks good.

Was easy to put together with good instructions, but i will say it takes two people, since some of the parts are heavy. No camplaint about this because it is a stable piece of furniture. It hold a accuphase amp about 60 pounds and yamaha amp about 75 pounds and another amp about 50 pounds and other electronic equipment with a 65 inch dlp on top. All together it looks quite professional and the stand holds all this with no problem.
Thanks Bell'o for a piece of excellent and good looking furniture for my equipment.

This product is even more attractive than its photos indicated. I am thoroughly pleased with it. In the process of assembling it I realized just how solidly constructed it is -- which was essential, given that it's supporting some rather pricey gear! The height of it is perfect for viewing the TV, and the ample, open shelving gives plenty of room for components.

Superb picture quality, typical of other Toshiba video products.
Excellent colour display-can also be connected to your PC.
Good sound characteristics.
Multi function remote, does seem a little bit directionally sensitive.
(Aim to lower right corner of screen to avoid frustration.)
Somewhat difficult to set up if you're not very tech savvy.
Needs digital inputs to get digital output.
Light in weight, very smart design.
Very pleased with my purchase.

no local repair - Jack Sherlock - Boise, Id United States
Had to send TV across the country for repair (haven't gotten it back yet). Cost 50 bucks to ship it there, Was unhappy that it would not turn on randomly. Have not got it back yet - so I am not sure how effective the repairs are going to be. When it worked it worked well - great picture. Was kind of disappointed that it didn't have PiP - figured any tv that hooks up to your computer would have it - I figured wrong. Next TV from a local vendor that provides service here.

They sent me a new tv - it has the same problem as the first one - sometimes you turn it on and it turns itself off - but at least this one will let me turn it on again. Watch out here.

Bought this TV for kitchen replacement. Very nice picture but best viewed from straight-ahead.Disapointed in sound quality, but have a 50" Sony in the living room with a Bose sound system, I'm sure my hearing has been compromised because of it.

I purchased this product to hold a 19" TV/DVD player weighing about 11 lbs. The mount is very sturday and heavy duty. It articulates nicely from collapsed to fully extended and moves around easily, using two individual arms that allow it to angle almost anywhere, including around corners. It comes with allen wrenches to tighten/loosen all teh pivot points so you can adjust the stiffness of motion to your liking. It fit perfectly my 100x100mm mount size on my TV, and even comes with various sleeves and different length screws to fit TVs that have recessed mounting holes. It also comes with two long thick wood screws or drywall/concrete anchors for different mounting situations. The top holes in the mount accomodate the TV sliding into the slots, and the bottom holes then lock in in place. This allows for an easy mount/dismount, which was important for us since we are using it in our camper, and pack away the TV for travel. It comes with zip ties, and small screws with attachments to hold/route your cables so that they will move with the mount.

I am rather particular when it comes to quality and sturdiness, but I am not at all displeased with the craftsmanship of this mount, and for it certainly beats the pants of the mount Best Buy wanted for the Sanus mount.

If your TV is a smaller size, you will not be unhappy with this mount.

Solid mount and adjustable arms - Steven Milewski -
I bought this to put my child's 19" Vizio LCD on her wall in her room (some for her, but mostly for mom and dad to watch on those late nights). The install alone is easy, but it would have been easier with two people. However, just as a warning, those screws are TOUGH to get into the wall even after pre-drilling. I guess it means they are doing their job.
What really drew me to this model was the articulation of the arm at two areas and the ability to tighten it when you have it placed where you want it. Therefore, it stays where you put it and you don't have to worry about it moving around while you're watching tv. It also has a tilt and rotation at its connection to the tv which is a nice touch, especially if a child is watching it from the floor. Overall, I'm quite happy with this so far and would recommend it.
